Orders, Shipping, and Refunds

 

All peony roots are shipped bare root in September and October with first shipments going to those who reside in the coldest climates. Peony roots will have a minimum of three to five eyes and will be carefully inspected before shipping to ensure healthy, viable roots. We only ship within Canada. All root division orders are shipped by Canada Post.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will be as close as possible to our actual cost.

Cancelled orders will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00.

If for some reason we cannot provide a plant you have ordered, we will provide a full refund for that plant.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot add or subtract any items. If you wish to add an item, please place a separate order.

When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully and contact us immediately if the order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect. When you receive your shipment, it is important to plant your roots immediately to ensure good health. We will provide a full refund or replacement of roots that do not arrive in good health. Refunds will only be considered with photographic documentation received within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.
